Regulated Technical Curriculum for Water Utility Professionals

70+ hours of EPA- and OSHA-aligned certification training, approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

The Challenge

Utility operators must complete state-approved training to earn and renew their licenses. The content is technical and regulation-heavy, and every course had to pass TCEQ review before it could be offered. Learners ranged from new apprentices to experienced operators, many working in rural areas.
