MPIT Leadership Certification Redesign
Redesigning the certification pathway that prepares club leaders for promotion to Managing Partner, with built-in capstones and competency-based evaluation.
The Challenge
Undefeated Tribe has a goal of filling 70% of leadership roles through internal promotion. The existing MPIT certification covered content, but it didn't give leaders enough applied practice or a clear way to prove they were ready to run a gym. Operations leaders needed a pathway that built real skills and produced evidence of readiness.
